A classical Austrian pastry, stuffed with jam, chocolate and rum, covered with Punschglasur, a pink sugar glazing. It is said that the Punschkrapfen renders the typical Austrian character: Außen rot, innen braun – und immer ein bissl besoffen (red outside, brown inside, and always a little smashed).
