It’s simple: just click on the dice and get something Instead Of A Cigarette. You will use this information all over the day and recall it each time you feel like a cigarette or doing something bad for your health. That will replace your addiction with another one which is good for you: the pleasure and remembrance of significant elements of culture.

I invented this new prevention concept, following the idea of self prevention developed in Q.O.A.C.H, to suit my younger brother’s urge to quit smoking.
